Topic: "Poor soul, the centre of my sinful earth": Religious Poetry of the 16th and 17th Century - Please come and join us for an interesting and informative session focused on learning to read, interpret, and enjoy the religious poetry of William Shakespeare, John Donne, John Milton and George Herbert. Audience participation is strongly encouragedso bring your imagination and curiosity. No prior knowledge required.

Topic: Guided Tour of the GCU Japanese Garden - Enjoy the spectacular fall color of the Japanese Garden against the background of the waterfall and the newly replaced cedar posts lining the garden’s stone paths. We’ll also look at fall foliage in the adjacent Founders’ Grove and stroll over to the Italian, sunken and formal gardens. This event is rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, an interactive presentation will be made in the University Chapel.
