Unleash your creativity and elevate your entertaining skills at Boards & Bites, a hands-on workshop designed exclusively for alumni. This immersive experience combines artistic expression with culinary design for a fun and memorable evening.

Participants will begin by designing and creating a custom epoxy cutting board, learning the fundamentals of epoxy resin, including how to properly mix and tint resin, control bubbles, and use techniques to create realistic ocean waves and beach effects. Once your board is complete, you’ll transition into a guided charcuterie session, where you’ll learn how to thoughtfully select, arrange, and style meats, cheeses, and accompaniments to create a visually stunning and well-balanced charcuterie board.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with two take-home creations—a one-of-a-kind epoxy cutting board and a fully prepared charcuterie board—both ready to enjoy that same day.

No prior experience is necessary—just bring your creativity. All materials are included, along with vinyl gloves and disposable aprons. Participants are welcome to bring small personal items to incorporate into their epoxy design. Please note that epoxy is permanent, so we recommend you dress for a mess.

Light bites and refreshments will be provided. If you have any questions please contact Lindsay Cochran, Assistant Director for Institutional Advancement at 732-987-2276 or lcochran@georgian.edu.
